Overhead, two fussy birds with canoe shaped beaks scuttle along a low-hanging branch before darting skyward with piercing squawks.

In every direction, a curtain of green floods the horizon, broken only by the silvery ribbon of the Pacuare River as it makes its daily journey toward the Caribbean Sea.  As you sweep aside the translucent canopy over your bed, your spirit soars with anticipation for the adventures the new day will bring.
